No texto original dizia "2-7 dias". Para Dropshipping da China para a Europa, isso é muito arriscado. Se atrasar um dia, o alemão reclama.
Ajustei para 5–12 business days (que é o padrão de uma linha rápida como YunExpress/4PX). É rápido o suficiente para vender, mas seguro o suficiente para não tomar chargeback.

Também troquei "Workshop" (Oficina artesanal) por "Facility" (Instalação), que é mais honesto para e-commerce e soa profissional.

At Montenaro, every order is carefully prepared and shipped with precision. We proudly deliver across the United Kingdom and Europe, ensuring your premium goods arrive safely and on time.

1. Processing & Shipping Times

Because we prioritize quality checks, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • United Kingdom & Central Europe (DE, FR, IT, ES): 5–10 business days.

  • Rest of Europe & International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual transit may vary slightly based on location, courier performance, or seasonal demand (such as December).

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your region and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping is available for orders distinctively marked or exceeding a certain amount — details will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Products & Accuracy

We take great care to describe our products accurately. However, due to the nature of premium materials (such as leather grain or textile blends) and differences in screen displays, slight variations in color or texture may occur.
Montenaro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through trusted, third-party payment gateways.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and EUR (€) and may include or exclude VAT, depending on your location and applicable tax laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Montenaro is not responsible for damages caused by the misuse or improper handling of our products.
We also cannot be held liable for delivery delays or losses resulting from events beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking information, which will be sent to you via email once your shipment leaves our facility.
You can follow your delivery’s progress directly using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

7. Delays & Responsibility

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Montenaro cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or import regulations.

  • Shipping carrier delays or logistical disruptions.

  • External events such as strikes, weather conditions, or local disruptions.
